Pinky Green Noodles

Pinky Green Noodles

Ingredients

  • 450g cooked egg or rice noodles
  • 150g cooked salmon fillet
  • 100g cooked peas
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 basil leaves

Method

    Place the hot noodles in a mixing bowl.

    Flake the hot cooked salmon and add to the noodles together with the peas.

  3. 3

    Mix together then slice the cherry tomatoes in half and add to the noodles.

  4. 4

    Drizzle in the olive oil, tear the basil leaves and add to the mixture.

  5. 5

    Squeeze in the lemon and mix well.

  6. 6

    Divide into 4 warm bowls and serve.
