Ingredients
- 4 x skinless salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- sweet chilli sauce
- pouring honey
- limes for serving
- 1 x large sized non stick frying pan or barbeque
- 4 x kebab skewers

If using wooden skewers soak in cold water for a few moments to prevent burning

Cut each salmon fillet into cubes and thread onto the skewers

Heat the olive oil in the frying pan until hot

Place the kebabs into the hot oil and turn the heat down to medium

Fry the kebabs for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown

If using a barbeque transfer to a frying pan just before serving and drizzle the chilli sauce and honey over the kebabs

Transfer to a hot serving dish spooning over any sauce left in the frying pan

Serve with wedges of limes and a tossed green salad.
