Ingredients
- 4 x good sized skinned salmon fillets
- 4 x tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 x tablespoons clear honey
- 2 x cloves garlic crushed
- 2 x chillies finely chopped OR
- 4 x teaspoons jar prepared hot chillies
- 4 x teaspoons chopped fresh ginger or jar prepared ginger
- 1 x shallow oven proof dish

Preheat the oven 220C, 425F, Gas 7

Place the 4 salmon fillets in a shallow oven proof dish

Pour a tablespoonful of soya sauce over each fillet

Drizzle a tablespoonful of honey over each fillet

Divide the garlic, chilli and ginger between the 4 fillets, using a small knife to evenly distribute them

Tightly cover the dish in foil

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes

Serve on hot plates, dividing the marinade between the four fillets and serve either with freshly cooked broccoli and boiled rice or with a fresh green salad and crusty bread
