Sucette de Saumon

  • 250 g salmon cubes of approximately 15mm (fresh or smoked)
  • 250 g sugar
  • 7.5 cl water
  • 4 drops lemon juice
  • wooden toothpicks

    Heat the sugar, water and lemon juice until you obtain a light caramel

    Dip the salmon cubes in the caramel and slide them on the toothpicks. Place on baking paper

    Cool the salmon ‘pommes d’amour’ before serving
