Ingredients
- 250 g salmon cubes of approximately 15mm (fresh or smoked)
- 250 g sugar
- 7.5 cl water
- 4 drops lemon juice
- wooden toothpicks

Heat the sugar, water and lemon juice until you obtain a light caramel

Dip the salmon cubes in the caramel and slide them on the toothpicks. Place on baking paper

Cool the salmon ‘pommes d’amour’ before serving
