Smoked Salmon Wraps

  • 2 x tortilla wraps
  • 100 g smoked salmon slices
  • fresh dill, finely chopped
  • horseradish sauce (ready-made)
  • double cream

    Mix 50-50 cream and horseradish sauce and spread it on the wraps

    Cover with slices of smoked salmon and sprinkle with the dill

    Roll the wrap up tightly in clingfilm and store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours

    You will then be able to cut the roll into 2 cm slices.


As you need to store the wraps in the fridge for a few hours before serving, this could be your next office lunch or family picnic. Small children might not be fond of the spicy horseradish sauce, so simply leave that out.
