Ingredients
- 100 g fresh salmon slices (sashimi size 1/8 inch or 0.5 cm thick)
- fresh berries of your choice, cut into small chunks
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp Japanese Ponzu sauce
- 1 tsp Japanese rice vinegar
- cooked green asparagus to garnish

Arrange the chopped berries on a plate and lay the slices of salmon over the top

Drizzle the fresh lime juice, the Japanese Ponzu sauce and the rice vinegar over the salmon, and decorate with the asparagus

Optional: drizzle ½ teaspoon cognac on the top
