Ingredients
- 6 x pieces skinless, boneless salmon fillets
- 1 or 2 x fresh tomatoes, skinned and diced
- 1 x sausage (salami)
- 2 x cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 6 tbsp grated cheese

Put the fillets in an oven dish and top with the tomato, slices of sausage, crushed garlic, chives and grated cheese

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes
