Salmon Cancato

  • 6 x pieces skinless, boneless salmon fillets
  • 1 or 2 x fresh tomatoes, skinned and diced
  • 1 x sausage (salami)
  • 2 x cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 6 tbsp grated cheese

    Put the fillets in an oven dish and top with the tomato, slices of sausage, crushed garlic, chives and grated cheese

    Season to taste

    Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes
