Ingredients
- 1 x egg
- 250 ml milk
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 36 g flour
- 1 x vanilla pod
- zest of 1 lemon

Mix the egg and flour in a bowl

Cut the salmon into small pieces (about 5 mm)

Pour the milk, vanilla and smoked salmon into a saucepan and bring to the boil

Lower the heat and stir in the egg mixture until it obtains the consistency of cream

Remove from the heat and cover. Keep refrigerated

When the cream is cold, fill the profiteroles and decorate with lemon zest
Comments
Salmon profiterole with vanilla cream. Use readymade profiteroles and stuff with an original filling. For approximately 20 profiteroles.
