- 2 Salmon fillets
- 1 cup Guinness
- 1 cup Maple Syrup
Pour Guinness and syrup in a pot, combine thoroughly, bring to a boil and reduce the mixture by half.
Line a baking tray with aluminium foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place the salmon fillets on the sheet, lightly season with salt and pepper, and cover with the glaze.
Place the salmon under a grill on high heat and broil for 6 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
Pour more of the glaze over the fish once done and enjoy!
