Fresh Salmon, Japanese Style

  • 300 g salmon fillet
  • 1 x orange
  • 1/2 celery stalk
  • 1 tsp ginger juice
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste

    Thinly slice the celery. Cut two thirds of the orange, peel and dice the flesh

    Extract juice from the other third of orange. Mix with the ginger juice, salt and oil

    Slice the salmon fillet and dress with the sauce

    Serve chilled with sake (Japanese rice wine)
